Philippians 4:1-8

Matthew: I do enjoy this topic of true peace, peace of,, and in ourselves because of the Spirit that dwells within us.
Only if it were possible in this world and in this body to always keep this GENTILE Spirit at the helm of our lives, every minute of our lives. Then we would understand and know more of the the Kingdom of peace and our Creator.

This peace passes over our true mental understanding indeed as it is truly from God and only given to those with and through the Spirit of his Son who/that remains within us. What a comfort to know we have the peace of God living within us every moment of our lives, to fill our lives with his touch and direction.

It brings us to a place again of the innocence of 6 year old child playing in a sand pit void of the cares of this world. A secret place to find security and true peace. I played in a real sand pit yesterday with one of my great nieces, this one of young and tender age of 6 years. What a peace I felt, of innocence of the Lord that filled and warmed my heart. It was special for me yesterday, and I truly thank my Lord and my Father in heaven for giving me this moment and experience of innocence through actions and words of a little girl that still knows true innocence and love for me. We were playmates of the same heart, and I truly lost my age yesterday. It was wonderful.

Philippians 4:1-8

I think that is one of the things I like best about being a Christian Matt. The internal peace that we have. Before I became one I slept with a gun by me, usually in bed with me so it was accessible. I don't know if age has anything to do with it, but the peace that comes with having a hope and purpose in life is truly one of the best benefits of living the Christian life.
