Deuteronomy 32
39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
2] We are judged according to our works, and we follow Jesus by obeying his commandments. Which are physical laws that keep us safe from the harm of evil, which is hell and death. Our actions, if goodness from God, against such their is no law.

10 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins...
Matthew 6
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
