The Purpose of the Bible

You bring up a good point about church leaders who would rather be popular by telling people what they want to hear, rather than telling them what they need to hear. There is a lot of that in the world. Still, the purpose of the Bible is to help us find God, I believe. How many people know the Bible inside and out, but still haven't found God?

They dont truly KNOW the bible . They might be able to quote stuff but they dont know it .
I know many like that . But if you watch closely , they can quoate some verses verbatum , YET they use those verses
to justify ......................that which is false .
My advice is , Stay planted in that bible and in that bible stay planted . Just cause satan can quaote scrips better than anyone
DONT mean we ought not learn that bible well . Satan can use scripture , but watch out .
Here is an example of satan , with scripture at work .
Satan appears to a man and says , May you put away away your wife for every cause
and then the wise man answered and said , JESUS said if we put away our wife , save for fornication , and marry another
then its adultery . NAY NAY says satan , GOD is love , HE GIVETH grace , it is written that man shall not be alone .
SEE HOW satan works . HIS goal is to get us to disobey JESUS . BUT PRAISE GOD , BY GRACE I DID RESIST SATAN
and the man and others he brought to me trying to get me to disobey JESUS and remarry .
Folks , GET IN THOSE BIBLES and stay in those bibles . Satan is very wise in this world and he uses many men and many women
to try and cause us to disobey GOD , CHRIST . DONT FALL FOR HIS RUSE .

The point of this was , JESUS was not saying we ought not to know the scrips
HE was simply exposing their hyprocrisy . Because DO NOTICE that WHO IS IT that the SCRIPS POINT TOO .
JESUS .
Most folks are not following Christ at all . Even if they can quoate scrips .
But my advice remains the same , GET IN THE SCRIPTURE and stay IN the SCRIPTURE
and always stay refreshed in all the letters from the apostels and the four gospels and revelation as well .
Stay in that bible . Just cause clowns and decievers do as they do , dont mean i aint gonna stay in the bible .
Stay in that bible and read it daily . Growing in the grace of GOD .

The same jews claimed they KNEW MOSES . YET they did not . CAUSE EVEN MOSES SPOKE OF JESUS
they only knew religion folks , they only knew self righteousness and love of money . THEY are truly no different , HOWEVER
than over ninety eight percent of many churches . OH yeah we got problems .

Regardless, according to Peter, Anything Paul wrote was the equal to anything else in Scripture....God said that Paul was His “Chosen Vessel” to spread the Gospel.....

Try 2Peter3:15......Paul wrote with the “ Wisdom Of God”....if the Wisdom Of God does not qualify one, what does? .....Peter referred to Paul’s Letters as * Other* Scripture ......why be so obstinate ......it’s obvious Jesus used Paul as His “ mouthpiece” after His ascension back to Heaven.....
