The Queen's Christmas Message

I realize that Jesus was not born on Christmas (rather sometime late September) although many Christians believe he was conceived then. Whatever the case, I took inspiration in the Queen's Christmas message today. I like to listen to her message every year. I was feeling ill off and on the past few months with stomach troubles, but when I heard the Queen today, my spirits lifted and for a short time I actually did not feel as ill.http://www.royal.gov.uk/output/Page1.asp

That was lovely. Thanks for sharing it. This is a good reminder for us all.. not just on this day, but everyday: 'Because this would most rejoice His heart, let us remember, in His name, the poor and the helpless, the cold, the hungry, and the oppressed; the sick and those who mourn, the lonely and the unloved.'beautiful.
