2. UPON DETERMINING BY CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE THAT THE HEALTH
OF OTHERS IS OR MAY BE ENDANGERED BY A CASE, CONTACT OR CARRIER, OR
SUSPECTED CASE, CONTACT OR CARRIER OF A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT, IN THE

IN SEVERE MORBIDITY OR HIGH MORTALITY, THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER DELE-

Well some wanted to keep a foreign invader out 4 years ago and the other side cried foul.
I guess some foreign invaders can change people's minds, eh?
Why would detention centers not work for one, but seem just fine now? If they are bad, why start using them? I guess no one is left to stand up for people, pun intended. Now there is literally no right to stand up against the left. They took all the rights, and left us with nothing.
