God gave command that thou shall not kill. It is one of the 10 commandments.
When a person is killed, murdered, raped or suffers in front of their loved one's it can create a terror, horror for them to witness. Loved one's can react voluntarily and even involuntarily in like manner, killing the killer, murderer, rapist or cause of the suffering.
The loved one can be God, heavenly mother and the holy angels, and mighty ones of heaven. That is the book of revelation.
If they are suffering people can look for ways to relieve them, that is how medicine was born and the history of doctors and nurses. Disease, illness, etc.
When it is a killing, in warfare or officer of laws, God's laws included, the enemy might react in like manner. The killing appears terrible like coming from a terrorist. That is warfare. One side always sees the other as a terrorist.
God created mankind and the universe to enjoy life. The fall of Adam and Eve created a desire to be like God. Choosing who lives and who dies. That is God's authority. Adam and Eve fell for lucifer's deception and thought they would be like God. Lucifer is a term for fallen God. He tempted God to decend to earth. He is Jesus the Christ. He is God among us.
He God is peace, love, truth, life and heavenly gifts including comfort. Heaven is his throne and earth is his footstool.
If man kills voluntarily or involuntarily then God thru his Holy spirit can ease tensions and provide peace and healing from warfare, officer actions, accident, injury, illness, harm, witness of terrible things. He desires to bless us.
God's people protect themselves and others, that is love, including works of charities.
I pray we understand that and desire him, his gifts and end the cycle of death and hell as committed and witnessed on earth.
Capital punishment is terrible to witness.
When no one is to blame for a horrible, terrible incident of harm, I call that the 'Y' monster.
I hope we provide are children with kindness, love, comfort, compassion and education of the light and truth of God.

When the ungodly fight against God and his people, their works rise up from the body and earth towards heaven and are not accepted and fall back down to earth as fire and lighting. That creates a manifestation of lucifer as storms, earthquakes, and all manner of their own destructions. The turbulence eventually dissipates into space and beyond. Laws of thermodynamics are obeyed, heat migrates to colder regions.
I do not desire the ungodly to perish and die by their own sword, we desire them to join God and his beloved son, Jesus the Christ. He who leads to captivity goes to captivity.
When the covenant children of God die and are taken up God heals them of any hell and death. There are those of us sealed unto life with him.
I pray the earth and it's people desire eternal rest and peace with God in heaven.
