The "Wave Sheaf" was not only "waved HIGH", but also was "waved LOW and prostrated" and "waved STORED and PRESERVED sheaf" ... in the context of the Passover of Yahweh.
Hi Gerhard,

Hi Gerhard,

What does this mean to you?

Much love!

Never mind what it means to me; think that the Passover of Yahweh is the Theme of the whole Bible "CONCERNING THE CHRIST" reaching its utmost climax in the death of death through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead "THE THIRD DAY WAVE SHEAF OFFERING BEFORE THE LORD".

The Feast of Firstfruits

Lev 23:9-14
(9) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
(10) Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
(11) And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
(12) And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.
(13) And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.
(14) And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
I am posting this subject, just to see what people have come up within regards to this feast.
I know that it points to the resurrection of Christ, but I am just curious of how people take the symbolism of this feast, in pointing to the resurrection of Christ.
Just want to hear people's thoughts on it.

Re: "10 ...reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest: 11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it."

verse 11A, Leviticus 23, read, "6 the fifteenth is Feast ... 11A ...to prostrate the sheaf the priest, for the sheaf to be accepted on your behalf and put in store for you", so that the sheaf "on the fifteenth day of the First Month", as it were "in the belly of the earth (fish)", "eaten" and "swallowed", "rested", "this that Selfsame-Whole-Day-BONE-DAY the fifteenth day of the First Month for you solemnly to observe", "great day of sabbath" of PASSOVER the "Feast-Day-sabbath" of the passover. John 19:31 "on the sabbath THAT DAY great-day-of-sabbath-of" : the passover!

The crux of the "first sheaf wave offering of (winter's) harvest" is that it involved, took up, engrossed, encompassed ALL THREE DAYS of the "three days thick darkness-BONE-DAY" the fourteenth, the fifteenth and the sixteenth days of the passover.

On the fourteenth it was "reaped" / "cut" / "lifted up" and brought to the priest who "waved" / "prostrated" / "stored" / "rested" it over the fifteenth day of the First Month; and on the sixteenth day of the First Month "brought it out" / "exposed" it while "shaking it HIGH before the LORD".

All three meanings are from the word usually translated merely with "wave", but, as seen above, all three aspects of the FULL meaning of the word, together composed "This That Selfsame Whole-Day BONE-DAY" of the Passover of Yahweh.

Exodus 12:3 King James Version (KJV)

3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:

The Samaritans appear to be the only group that is practising the Passover.

Are Christians required to observe the Passover?

Christians "eating and drinking Of-Feast-Of-Christ-The-Substance and Nourishment ministered, growing with the growth of God...", <observe the Passover> of Yahweh "of Sabbath's-Feast". Colossians 2. If because of "Sabbath's-Feast" it cannot be <Christians observing> it cannot be <Christians observing> anything of God at any time of God!

As I thought of no relevance to Christianity.

As I thought of no relevance to Christianity.

As I knew, it is of no relevance to Windmill charger antinomian bluffer evangelicals, Sunday worshippers or Antichrist.

But
"CONCERNING THE CHRIST HOW HE HAD TO SUFFER .. AND ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES THE THIRD DAY HAD TO RISE .. HIS HOLINESS .. THE SANCTUARY CLEANSED .. FIRST SHEAF WAIVED .. OF SABBATH'S FEAST .. OFFERED BEFORE THE LORD .. THE SEVENTH DAY GOD THUS CONCERNING SPAKE"...

...His Holy Day tri-une of the Holy God Tri-Une is INCOMPARABLY RELEVANT TO GOD!

The Sabbath is three dimensional
and to God
who "made the Sabbath for man", is
of great RELEVANCE,
in fact
"the Seventh Day is Sabbath
OF THE LORD GOD ..
He thus concerning spake
in these last days
BY THE SON ..
The-third-day-I-shall-RISE-again ..
The BONE-ESSENTIAL-DAY,
to God!
