Not seen with the human eye - yet.
When Jesus returns, Satan will be exposed, plainly visible on the temple mount for all present that day to see. That it will happen is in Ezekiel 28:16-19.
No, when he is exposed at Jesus's return, he will appear in the same man-like form as the angels. Going by how Daniel described Gabriel as having the form of a man in Daniel 9:21.
