The title of this thread is somewhat misleading. You could have said that "The sin nature (the "flesh") is not absent from believers" and that would have been correct. Which does not automatically translate into "there is still sin in the believer". The potential for sin is there, but at the same time the Bible says that "Sin SHALL NOT have dominion over you".
