Thank you for your response, @Jay Ross,When Israel has completed the designated period for the visitation of the fathers' iniquities of the first two ages of Israel's existence from the time of the birth of Isaac upon their children and the children's children during the third and fourth generations/ages of Israel's existence, then God will incline His ear towards them and hear their pleas for the restoration of their relationship with Him and He will being to draw them to Himself from where they are living scattered through the whole earth and will plant them in the fertile soil of His prepared field and will teach them on the truth of the foundation stone that comes down out of heaven which will become the largest mountain in all of the earth. As part of this process God has promised a covenant of peace and He will do this by removing all of the evil beasts, i.e. the wicked fallen angels, from the face of the earth when He will judge both the heavenly hosts and the kings of the earth and will gather them together and imprison them in a pit, i.e. the Bottomless Pit for many days, i.e. for 1,000 years, to await the time of their punishment.
In 2 Chron 7:12ff God tells us: -
13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.19 "But if you turn away and forsake My statutes and My commandments which I have set before you, and go and serve other gods, and worship them, 20 then I will uproot them from My land which I have given them; and this house which I have sanctified for My name I will cast out of My sight, and will make it a proverb and a byword among all peoples.21 "And as for this house, which is exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and say, 'Why has the Lord done thus to this land and this house?' 22 Then they will answer, 'Because they forsook the Lord God of their fathers, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, and embraced other gods, and worshiped them and served them; therefore, He has brought all this calamity on them.'"
A number of Prophets lament the fact that God has turned His back on Israel for two ages and their desire is that after these two ages, during the third age in these verses, that God will restore them such that they will once more live in His presence.
Until the full-time span of the visitation of the father's iniquities upon their children in the third and the fourth ages of the existence of Israel, is completed, there is nothing more that we can do except pray that God will once turn His eyes towards the nation of Israel, and see them where they have been scattered by Him throughout the whole earth and that He will then begin His process of drawing them back to Himself.
The other prophecy, in Daniel 8, that must run to its completion, is the 2,300 years of the Little Horn using the armies that he has been given to trample God's sanctuary and His earthly hosts. The completion of this prophecy occurs at the same time that as the visitation of the fathers' iniquities ends upon their children after the completion of the fourth age of the nation of Israel's existence, which in my understanding will happen in around 20 years from now.
In Romans 11:25b-26 Paul tells us that "when the fulness with respect to time of the gentiles comes to its completion, that after this all of Israel will be saved' {expressed in my paraphrasing of the Greek text}.
In Rev 16:12-16 we are told that after the events of 9/11 when the three frog like spirits performed signs and wonders that were seen live right around the earth in people homes that the kings of the earth would also be drawn to Assemble at Armageddon for the last effort of the Little Horn to trample both the sanctuary and God's earthly hosts, but what will happen when they have assembled will be the ensuing judgement of them and the heavenly hosts in heaven for their respective parts that they all have played in the Little Horns trampling of God's sanctuary and His earthly hosts over the past 2,300 years.
@complete asked, "
There is nothing that we can do to stop the completion of the Little Horn's trampling of Israel.
The hostages are being used as pawns in the Little Horns plan to begin drawing the Kings of the earth to join him for the last push before his allotted time has come to its completion. The hostages that remain may still be alive, but they are the bait to draw the kings of the earth into the Little Horns plans.
God has already told us how He will bring peace to the region of the land of Canaan and the rest of the earth where Israelites live by removing the evil beasts from the face of the earth for 1,000 years.
Nations have already acted God like by invading Iraq, i.e. the land of Babylon, in 2003 to heal the land of Babylon instead of destroying all of the land of Babylon. Since then, those nations have been overrun by locusts to consume all the goodness of their nations.
Looking for executable solutions to the present Middle East problems will not help us at all or bring peace at this present time.
Shalom
It is appreciated, but not fully understood I admit. Not at first reading, but I will take time to read it again, and check out the Scriptural references you have given.
