I have been thinking of the electric car plan of Biden and the globalist democrat socialists, and honestly, I think it is unworkable, and they are lying about electric cars, unless many people give up their cars and trucks completely.
It is in the logistics.
The problem is the charge time. It takes many hours to charge an electric vehicle battery, even if fast charge could do it in an hour, (and it's still vaporware). If every single gas pump was replaced with electricity pumps, the line of cars waiting to charge up could stretch for miles. Right now, it takes maybe a few minutes to fill a gas or diesel tank, and off you go, the guy inline behind you pulls in, and the line actually moves forward. But an electric car, say an hour fast charge, for an hour of time, that charging station is unavailable to anyone else. Just that alone tells me it can't work. I am really thinking these globalists want you not driving at all, either gas, diesel or electric vehicles. I think that is the insidious goal of the globalists. AND not everyone will have the best charging tech, older cars that slow charge it will take longer to charge.
There is level 1, level 2, level 3 charging, and high powered level 3 charging still takes an hour to fill up. Level 2 maybe overnight charging, Level 1 more than 24 hours.
MAYBE you can put in level 2 charging in your private home for your electric car, what if you have 2 cars or more to charge up?
Level 2 charging takes many hours to fill up the batteries of just one car. And if you need multiple level 2 chargers, the electric supply to the house has to upgraded like maybe 400 amp service.

Then what about people living in apartment complexes? What about rural people who have to drive everywhere longer distances?
If your poor, living in a housing complex, I seriously doubt you will have your own private charging station in the parking lot or street where you park.

Forget about taking a vacation and driving there. Hours of time to charge up really adds to your trip time from hours to days.
Basically it is going to cost a whole lot of money, and many people do not have that.
