Yes, I guess that may work as well. When I was in school over 30 years ago, I remember they already had police officers in the big city schools like New York. In those days, gang problems and shootings, stabbings, etc. were the problems. Today it's that plus terrorist (or, I should say fear of them), ex-husbands and what-not.

All I know is if my child was in that classroom I would be glad she had her gun with her. A tazer fine if you can get close enough but if someone steps in the door and starts firing what good is a tazer? Maybe she needs both

Taser videos.Cop uses a taser to detain an individual: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE_7NTBfwHECop gets tasered (watch out, bad language): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAKbplNGhDoCop gets tasered (different video, same effects. Alternative): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACUjnJBHIZc
Cool! Thanks for sharing those videos. I guess our teacher could go for that, too. What the heck. It does the job.I was wondering how those things worked. I found that they fire fine lines that are electrodes connected to the gun (its power supply) and shocks the person. Being an electronic technician myself, that's more up my alley!
