I have severe sleep apnea for my age, and the doctor says I need tonsillectomy. I really hope when I wake up I dont have memory loss lol. Anyone have advice or any tips for what I should expect?

I hear it is worse the older you are. I am 16, so maybe I wont go through so much painI HAD MINE RIPPED out at 38 cried like a newborn for weeks. :unsure: after a year i could swoller ok'. my 9 year old never knew she had surgery.guess it depends on the person. B)
