Toddler found alive in morgue after being pronounced dead by Arizona doctor!

A policeman heard sounds of life but the doctor arrogantly wouldn't check the toddler after he signed the death certificate! The poor baby has brain damage as a result of not being checked and lacking treatment for so long.
