The title should be "Trump SHAM Impeachment Trial". The ones who should be getting impeached today are (1) all the Supreme Court justices who were derelict in their duties, (2) Biden, (3) Schumer, (4) Pelosi, and (5) Harris.
These evil politicians have made America the laughingstock of the world with all their foolish shenanigans. And the Supreme Court should have ruled each time that the bogus impeachments were unconstitutional.

So this really bothers me.
You can bring anyone whether President of the US or a civilian before a jury without due process of law.
No hearings, no witnesses, no facts.
Your guilty because we said so and no lawyers to defend you before being charged for a "crime"
You are accused of shiplifting.
You are arrested and put in jail until your trial comes to court.
You are not allowed lawyers to hear your case, you are not allowed to defend yourself, there are no facts presented that you was even in the store the assumed shoplifting occured.
The prosecutor has a video of what some claim may or may not be you.
But you have to sit in jail because it's friday night and the next available court date is the following monday.. maybe.
And you have 16 hours to prove your innocence.
No due process...
I've been doing a little investigating on this thing we call the Constitution of the US.
I posted a video with this guy Russell Jay Gould who says our Constitution ended in 1999.
Everything we have been witnessing, Congress, elections, whatever is under this Constitution is just some mind controlled kabooki show we all been led to believe is Truth.
when in fact the only allegience we owe is to God and self.
Your "Birth Cerificates and SS'# all used on the markets as commodity no longer hold any value to the market/bank system.
That all Presidents elected since 2000 are only actors as well as congress, judiciary, police, all pieces of the kabooki pie.
And once people become aware of the TRUTH then they lose all control over the people and we become truly free.
I'm not sure I understand how this works..
But watching the total fiasco happening not only in our government but on the streets and in our very lives..
Shut downs, mask mandates, vaccine passports, riots with no police jurisdiction controlling them.
I think we have been duped for a very long time.
I'm going to keep watching this impeacment whatever soap opera is playing out.
I know nothing will come of it..
and yet somewhere inside me I hope the real facts come to the floor and maybe just maybe someone somewhere will be held accountable.
In the meantime, I still have popcorn and I'm not so much enjoying the show.
And if it is true that we no longer are bound by the "laws of the land" or should I say SEA, because we have all been born under maritime law,

Okay, I'm just getting caught up with the one from yesterday and this is what I think,.. I don't think he incited violence, but he should have thought about what could occur and used a different choice of words since he got them all wound up like that. Here's part two btw. It does not matter what Trump said or did not say. A bogus impeachment was in the works since 2016. That is all you need to remember. Here's the truth:

Well from what I seen yesterday ( it's 2am here )
It's all heresay and no actual facts or witnesses.
I can go dress up in black block, wear a helmet, carry a backpack and a skateboard and I would be labeled antifa.
I could carry a black flag with a fist on it and be called BLM.
Just because people were wearing certain clothes or carrying certain flags doesn't always portray the truth.
I mentioned awhile back, I spent over 120 nights straight watching protests and riots in Seattle and Portland.
And you won't convince me that those at the capital were not of the same stock.
I watched their "fruits" shall we say, and most of these are the same crop.
Nevertheless...
I'm semi looking forward to the defence evidence. I hope they have actual evidence.
Like Trump offering NG help 2 weeks in advance. Or how his "people" held off on sending help withholding information from him.
As far as the tweets go, for a long time people been saying his account was compromised and other people were posting things when
you knew he couldn't be. Like tweeting while he is giving a speech at a rally.
Maybe that's why twitter took it down for real, maybe it was compromised and not an act of censorship.
Though censorship just adds fuel to the fire, right?
Lots of crazy stuff.
None of this is real. I mean, it's a performance, and they are all acting. And we are literally watching a show.
They have the minds of the population all captured in this drama.
But what is really going on that they don't want us to see?
I hope they all go down. I hope this house of cards falls so we can start over fresh.
I just signed up for the Burpee Seed Catalog. I believe I will be starting an indoor garden next month.
I been watching a lot of how-to video's with containers and thinking that will get my head into God's country and out of the
soap opera.
Have to remember to order catnip for my nine cats. I think they will appreciate it.
There is about 3 acres here but I can't work it. So I have a 20 foot deck with a ramp. I'm thinking container gardening will
be the easy way to go.
Something to think about while there is about 4 inches of snow on the ground and at least 3 months to the last frost date.
Strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, eggplant, oregano, thyme, maybe even some edible flowers.
All I need is to find a way to grow toilet paper and I won't need to go to the store.. lol
Just another day in Wonderland, Alice. Eventually we'll come out on the other side of the looking glass.

What evidence do you produce for a non-crime? The accused is presumed to be innocent until the prosecution produces evidence to establish guilt without a reasonable doubt.
Alan Dershowitiz (who is a constitutional expert as well as a law professor) has made it perfectly clear that this is a BOGUS IMPEACHMENT:
"The Senate has no authority under the constitution to try a former public official," he continued. "They can only remove somebody who is then sitting in office. James Madison said that in the Federalist papers. And also they're trying to remove him based on Constitutionally protected speech. Congress is not above the law. It can't violate the Constitution. It can't violate the First Amendment."
First it was Trump *inciting* a riot, but since there was no evidence of that, it is now Trump *pre-planning* a riot. But you can't have it both ways. However, for the evil Democrats, the Constitution is meaningless, and the rule of law is history.

The evidence I am hoping that will be revealed is who the real criminals are that were behind the attack on the Capital.
This isn't about Trump, this is about silencing "the mob" of Trump supporters.
We are all sitting in the same seat with Trump being judged by their hypocritical standards.

As a result, millions of federal dollars from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) have funded explicitly religious activities, including paying clergy salaries, rent, and utilities. Given that houses of worship are exempt from requirements that apply to all other 501(c)(3) organizations, including filing the Form 990, this funding amounts to a taxpayer funded giveaway to sectarian interests of which the government has no means to conduct oversight and the recipients are not held accountable to American taxpayers. That is really the whole point of this disgusting circus. Trump represents at least 50% of the population of America, probably more like 80%. But it is the remaining 20% (mostly coastal liberal elites and gangsters) who support some very evil politicians who will lie, cheat, steal and kill to hang on to their power. So it is really the law-abiding citizens who are on trial for being constitutional and conservative.
