When we feel pain so does God including our savior Jesus. If we are harmed he feels it too. Although he doesn't always manifest himself to us, only as he decides.
He desires our safe, secure, living souls, healthy and unharmed. And he enjoys seeing and witnessing us in health, he is with us in afflictions and carries us even when we sleep and in the end of our earthly duties. We fight to stay alive and we fight to keep others alive. And if we have fallen, God is with them and us left behind. We don't always remember or see him but he lives within us and surrounds us in his protecting spirit. He is Christ our lord and has always desired our safety.
He provides life and healing when we need. Including resurrection. Ask for the gift of faith, we are saved by grace thru faith. Trust in him in prayer also.
I wanted you to remember and know him that way. That is the truth.
Some are called or chosen for that duty of protecting others also. He also helps those that desire to join his cause of protecting life upon his earth.
