Very good video that really shows what we're in. It's an exciting time, but it is also a time of sadness before Christ returns at the second advent because of what the world has become and what it neglects.

Yes, there are bad things in the world today, but there have always been bad things in the world--famines, natural disasters, diseases. But they are not THOSE famines and earthquakes and pestilences.Jesus makes it clear that He is speaking to His disciples right there with Him about things that are going to happen to THEM in THAT generation.Did He not say to THEM: "YOU will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man COMES!" (Mat. 10:23).Did He not say to THEM: "There are some standing here who will not taste deth till THEY see the Son of Man COMING in His kingdom." (Mat. 16:28).Did He not say directly to Caiaphas and the rulers right there with Him--"Hereafter, YOU will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of power and COMING on the CLOUDS of heaven." (Mat. 26:64)?James said "The COMING of the Lord is AT HAND." (James 5:8). What does that mean? Does it not mean soon? Of course it does. But AT HAND does not mean soon to modern exegetes. Yet, they say "Jesus is coming soon." Now we are to believe that soon actually means soon. Didn't it mean soon when Jesus and His inspired writer said it? Words mean things!Again, the things you see in the world today are not signs of His coming. Those signs were clearly given to Jesus' disciples to whom He was speaking in Matthew 24. We must not ignore the personal significance of Jesus' words to His first-century followers. Have you studied the events of that time? All the bad things of Matthew 24 took place during that time just as Jesus predicted they would!JesusReigns
