Hi Stuart, Were they bad tears or good ones? If you weren't upset by something had you read something in your bible that moved you? Or maybe it was the Holy Spirit moving you to tears. he can do that as well as cause you to smile and laugh.
I noticed your praise post so maybe you were responding to God's love.

Pearl gave you good considerations. I know what you mean about the crying for no apparent reason. It can also be linked to depression and, your tears can be simply for the state of things in the world or your own life. Reach up, no matter how hard it can be, reach up like you did with your praise and worship post! Put on some Christian music. He will pull you from the mire brother, it won't last forever, even though it might seem that way.
