2 Corinthians 6:4,

4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,

We have talked alot about who we are, Corinthians 6:4, tells us what we are. We are ministers of God. It does not say minister's are only behind a pulpit, we are all "ministers of God in much patience."
As well as the other wonderful attributes that go along with it, afflictions, necessities, distresses.
Have you ever noticed when you get down to your last buck, there is someone with a greater need than you.
When afflicted, there are those that ask you to pray for their healing.
In your most distraught moments, needs arise. Those are the ministers of God, that is what you are.
If you think Christianity is another namby pamby religion, you need to relook at your religion.
Christianity is a, "grab yourself up by the boot straps and hang on."
There are times of reprieve and rest for the body and mind.
But you get back in the game, so to speak.
Need I remind you, these things are all accomplished by the Christ in you.
You live by the faith of another, Gal. 2:20,

20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

There is some glorious things written here by our Apostle, you should underline them and study this verse until you see your death.
When the "messenger of Satan" came to buffet Paul, his need was great, I believe more than we could imagine, 2 Corinthians 12:7

7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

I'm sure Paul feeling he was needing something, got the answer to all Christianity, in verse 9

9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

That was Paul's answer to come to know and trust.
The power of this verse is; all in Christianity are ministers of God. It is not in strength that we do these things, it will be in your weakest moments that Christ can come through you to meet the need.
Someone says "I have a greater need at this moment."
The greatest need for a believer will be to understand Christ as your everything.
He is your strength in weakness, it is Christ that lives the life of meeting humanities need.
This is the life that can be lived, everything that scripture says we are is found in Christ, there no other life.
