Will my husband hear anything encouraging about himself anywhere else if I choose to complain constantly and insult him?
For my situation, the answer is no.
A good wife judges with good judgement. She knows how to disagree safely and with concern, but also pray about it and bring the bible into the disagreements.
I reflect back to my husband many lessons he's taught me. I strive to be my best because he has invested so much in me.
Inward beauty: filling the mind with Scripture, self-control, a meek and quiet spirit that trusts God, submissive towards husband and willing to yield, speaking words that bring life, discretion, home-centered, servant-hearted.
Outer beauty: drinking plenty of water, sunlight, high protein, animal fat, simple hair regimen, dressing up nice for husband at home, lots of intimacy, deep breathing, low stress, walking, strength training
