when i say a person is ugly . i mean their soul :)

How would that judgement help the Kingdom of God? It would not, it would set you against them. And even if the 'soul is ugly' what is telling them going to do to resolve this?
Telling people of the love of God would be better, and more productive. If they receive the Gospel God can cleanse their soul.
