We all talk about going to heaven... but doesn't heaven come down to earth literally after the 1,000 yrs? And we reign upon the earth?
Didn't Martha know that there was going to be a resurrection in the LAST DAY? But she knew nothing of heaven. And what did Jesus tell her?
John 11:21-26
21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.
23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
KJV
What can that mean if we still go into the ground, and what exactly did Jesus mean we shall never die if we do just the same as all men in the past have done, passed on? If he said that he would rise now because Jesus is the resurrection, then what about others.
Jesus also told us where the kingdom of God is, he said it is WITHIN US, meaning we each must find our path by following Christ and seeking the KEYS(the principles) and the keys boil down to faith in God and His Word, seedtime & harvest, sowing and reaping.
Matt 10:7-10
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,
10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.
KJV
Matt 13:44
44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
KJV
Mark 4:26-29
26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.
28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.
29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.
KJV
Mark 10:15
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
KJV
A little child believes every Word that proceeds from their father's mouth and trust him completely! And so must we if we ever plan to take possession of our promised land. Many of the Hebrew children did not see their promised land due to unbelief.... let that not be us!
Luke 17:20-21
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is WITHIN YOU.
KJV

How is it that we think that only at the end when Jesus comes can we see part of our promisedland?
The Hebrews,of who did not live in unbelief, seen their promised land before Jesus ever came. Abraham went to the land that God to him and was rich inside and out.
Gen 24:35
35 And the LORD hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks, and herds, and silver, and gold, and menservants, and maidservants, and camels, and asses.
KJV
Evil people gain ill gotten wealth.. but God's people know that it is the LORD who prospers them and they understand that it is for their obedience of His Word & by faith and not of their ownself.
All who put their trust in themselves to gain wealth without God's hand in it, will be put to shame and it will rot or be given to another!
When you seek to be rich in your inwardly parts, expect God to bless you accordingly! He promises it and I believe it! Do you?
Isa 31:1
31:1 Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!
KJV
While this is speaking of coming against enemies, it applies to all who call Him their LORD for all their needs in life!
