The trust in the lord with all our hearts is direction from God thru Christ.
We feel perhaps fear, anger, in a fight or flight of circumstances around us. We must control certain things in life we are right to command and control as directed by God. Other aspects we should not or can not control which might harm us in some way.
A bit of physical chemical called adrenaline from any level in the body from simple stress to fight or flight life threatening conditions can be dealt with by God thru peace, grace, and by us thru exercise at the gymn, or time fishing or a good nature hike with friends. Adrenaline is a natural hormone of the body secreted into our system when threats are perceived.
It's important to get after life from God. He has bread out there for us. He feeds the birds of the field each morning. How greater are we to him than birds as creations of God. Man and Woman are more advanced and more intelligent than birds. More so we are new creations in Christ.
If we don't or can't get after survival we can feel stress and perhaps anxiety. God is love and peace and so much more of what we truly need. Then we seek him and his people, for help also. If able we help others.
I enjoy pushing out daily abuses whether verbal, emotionally or mentally perceived. Other christians also know that as they bring word to others that need life and heavenly gifts from God.
They hope they will receive their message of salvation from God and go with them to be baptized, confirmed and thru priesthood receive the holy spirit comforter. Jesus is the priest of the most high God. His priests serve him God.

What are things we are supposed to command and control and what are not?
One example is our fear and anger.
Anger can be exercised out physically sometimes in positive ways. Defying fear and pushing it out as anger, then releasing the kinetics as constructive effort and exercise or getting away from the source stressing us is good for the most part.
