Lately the Lord has shown me, clarified something for me in a way I would never have fathomed.

The world at large worships the creation of God. But there are multitudes of professed Christians that worship the creations of men.

Those creations are the denominations that men have invented in order to define and promote, protect their interpretation of the Bible. Whether Roman Catholic or Baptist they write their doctrinal statements to espouse the traditions they practice. Jesus while walking as a man fought the warped beliefs of sects that had wrongly adopted their traditions over the words of God.

The congregations seated in those denominational houses of tradition by and large hold to what their denomination teaches whether or not it is in agreement with the Bible. Very very few are able to see the Scriptures in any other way than that taught to them by the doctors of divinity, so called, that rule in the bastions of denominational doctrines. Only the Holy Spirit can break through the hardened shell of a denominationally indoctrinated believer to the truth of the words of God.

What the Lord revealed through a dream

The Ceramic lamb

The ceramic lamb is a cold uncaring creature. It has no warmth, no faithfulness. It pretends to be something that it's not. From a distance it looks like the real thing. The real Lamb. Don't let it deceive you. It has no power save that of intimidation and deceit.

Let me explain. In the Bible we are told that if we fast in secret then our father in heaven sees and will reward us openly.

Matthew 6:17-18 KJV
But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
[18] That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

Over a long period of time I would fast before the Lord and on the day the fast ended God would give me a dream or vision as I slept that night. They were always very vivid just as if they were real events and I was there as they were happening.

Years ago after a prayerful fast, the Lord gave a short but gripping and insightful dream or vision. I was in a car driving through a residential neighborhood and as I drove by a house I saw that it had a unique and rather large statue in front of it.
It was an imposing, larger than life figure of a reclining lamb. It was of marble or some similar material and was perfectly formed.

I was so captivated that I parked the car and walked toward the house. As I approached the figure I looked at the facial features and the closer I came the more menacing and unlamblike they became. Especially. the eyes. They seemed to be well, mean and glaring. Very menacing. After these many years I still recall the cold stare of that not so sweet Lamb. It was after all, a ceramic lamb, not the genuine Lamb that we always long for.

Walking on past the thing I came to to the door of the house and knocked. A man who could not see very well and who wore very thick glasses came to greet me. The glasses were the proverbial Coke bottle lenses where the eyes of the wearer seemed distorted to the observer. I could tell by his movements that he could barely see well enough to walk.

I asked him "is there anyone else here"? He relplied "my doctor is in the house". In the house behind him I could see another man, presumably the doctor of the blind man. That was the end of the dream or vision. As the scripture says I awoke and behold it was a dream.

After awaking I began to turn this amazing story over in my mind. It was simple to put together what the Holy Spirit was showing me. The ceramic Lamb was the false representation of the the real church of Jesus Christ. A creation of man. A denomination. Man worshipping his own creation far more than God.

They had all the forms and rituals of the genuine but there was no life there. It was cold and dead. The leaders of these assemblies of the Ceramic Lamb, for they are numerous and widespread, are the present day Pharisees. They are highly educated, polished and have an in depth knowledge of the Bible. By their traditions many of them deny the gifts and calling of the Holy Spirit of the living God. They control their congregations by their supposed spiritual superiority. After all if a man knows Greek, Latin and Hebrew he should run things right? Not right at all.

They set aside scriptures that are self explanatory so that their dead and fear filled beliefs and traditions can continue. They try to understand spiritual things with their natural minds and cannot. So they just say that God doesn't do these wondrous things anymore. That the unchangeable God somehow changed. They've erred by trying to change the words of God. They've gone after jots and tittles they were warned to leave alone.

Brother Jude sums these fellows up...

Jude 1:18-20 NIV
They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.”
[19] These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and DO NOT HAVE THE SPIRIT.
[20] But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit,

(praying in the Holy Spirit is prayer in tongues. This is common knowledge among Holy Spirit filled believers)

They contend that beyond forgiveness of sin there is no additional infilling of the Holy Spirit as on the day of Pentecost. Denying that the 19th chapter of Acts clearly demonstrates that the Holy Spirit baptism is for this day and this time.

They hold to the teachings of their good doctor. The seminary educated denominational bastion of their denomination. No matter the name outside the building they hold to tradition and doctrines of men more m, far more than the word of God. Those thick glasses prevent a clear view.

Acts 19:2 KJVS
He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost SINCE ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

The majority of blind members of the assembly of the Ceramic Lamb have not so much as heard anything of how the Holy Spirit can help believers. They receive no teaching or instruction on what He can do. They ignore Him for the most part.

Notice that Paul asked if these believers had received the Holy Spirit SINCE they believed. This word "SINCE" clearly separates the two events. The first event is believing, the second is receiving the Holy Spirit. This chapter was placed in the New Testament by God to refute the claim of the Ceramic lambites that once you have repented and asked Jesus to save you there is no other spiritual infilling experience to be had from Jesus.

The nearly blind man in the church of the ceramic lamb represents those church members that blindly follow the men, the doctrines and the dead dogma generated by the lifeless leadership and doctors of divinity.

Dead dogma lying in the center of the spiritual road.

They won't seek God for themselves for the most part and can only see the scriptures as they are told by their doctors. Any notion or suggestion by others that anything contrary to the teachings of the assembly of the Ceramic Lamb could possibly be true is attacked with ferocity. The same ferocity that the original disciples of Jesus met when standing before the religious leaders as described in the book of Acts.

Roman Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Episcopal, Missionary Baptist, AME. No matter what the sign says, what the literature says they roost on the pews of man's creation. Jesus spent a great deal of time addressing traditions and false doctrines of the Jews whole He was here as a man. Things have not changed, only that the creations of men have greatly multiplied. There are so many denominations it would be impossible to name them and sub groups among all of those.

God saved me outside of church walls and then baptized me in His Holy Spirit. He gave me the gift of tongues and others also. I have no ties or obligations to any denomination. None but to love them. My obligation is to Jesus. My full duty is to Him. I tell the Lord frequently that I praise Him for coming for me according to those scriptures in Ezekiel chapter 34. There are multitudes that the good shepherd fetched Himself.

There is no way I can deny what Jesus did for me, for my family. As Peter and John;

Acts 4:19-20 KJVS
But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. [20] For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.

There are many scriptures relating to the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the gift of tongues. I will not list them now. The disciples of the Ceramic Lamb will neither read them or accept any thought that their traditions or views could be wrong. They are blind leaders of the blind so let them alone.

If there might be souls that are not yet captives of the dead, dry denominations then I ask you to seek God for yourself. Read the Scriptures for yourself and ask God, not some doctor of divinity, to instruct you in their meanings.

Once filled with the Holy Spirit you will see the wonder of 1 John 2 :27.

1 John 2:27 (NKJV)
But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

Obedience to error is sin and disobedience to God. Holding to the teachings of your denomination rather than to the written words of God is a grave error.

It is worship of the creation. Man's creation.

Amen!

Even people who have received the gift of the Holy Spirit have too often learned in their church groups from their ministers to quench the Holy Spirit. When it is quenched we have taken hold of our own reins again and alone we cannot break through that shell. The structure of the church, its own rules and regulations and traditions quench the Holy Spirit. But, we are taught to obedient, but often do not realize that our obedience to those rules make us disobedient to God.
