Would it be a good day....IF...

Walmart, Disney, employees Refused Vacination Demand and severed their employment relationship?

IF...the (public at large, customers) Refused Vacination Demand and severed their customer relationship?

Yes, but as we have found with it mandatory for carehome in the U.K……its not always as black and white. If everyone refused their employment the elderly in our care would suddenly be without people to care for them. You cannot just have people leave one day and find staff the next.
With independent companies, well it may just make them change their minds as it would be a great loss of income. However with so much unemployment they may be able to find others willing to work for them.
It’s also a dilemma for those who would be making the decision to leave, it’s not an easy one to make ( so much easier for those on the outside who are not having to make that choice )
I have many friends at work who will be fired in Oct if they don’t get the vaccine ………..it’s causing a lot of stress all round.
