@GodsBeloved11 Leaving aside the Biblical background and more subjectively now from a social history aspect, probably a majority of the young men and boys at the small, conservative local church that my wife and I attend have acquired earrings; it's such a widespread custom in thoroughly conservative circles now.
I would associate with churches that practise believer's baptism by immersion and going back almost 40 years at various such events it was such a widespread custom then as now and some of the younger men being baptized then would have worn earrings.
In the mid-20th century it was usually women who wore earrings and men who obtained tattoos; today, women extremely widely also have the confidence to receive tattoos and men often have the confidence to have earrings put in, which is as
