Many misunderstand the principles of sowing and reaping. Some believe that once the seed is planted, all they must do is sit back and wait for God to handle the rest. But while God gives the increase, we are still called to reap the harvest.
Believers need to be reminded that faith is not passive. Scripture repeatedly teaches us about the power of speaking in agreement with God. Yes, we sow. Yes, we pray. Yes, we wait in faith. But there also comes a time to stand boldly and declare, "My harvest is coming forth!"
Sometimes the waiting becomes the hardest part. Weariness can settle in. Disappointment can whisper that nothing is changing. If you have faithfully sown in obedience, your harvest has not been forgotten by God. You are due for breakthrough.
A farmer who never gathers the harvest will eventually lose it in the field. In the same way, Believers must learn to become spiritually aggressive concerning the promises of God. Do not leave your harvest lying in the field. Call it in.
In your intercessory prayer ministry you have been praying for and believing God to lead certain people to you to disciple (sowing) -- the harvest will come as you approach them into a commitment to learn more about Jesus. Pray boldly. Declare God's Word over your life. Refuse to surrender to discouragement.
Galatians 6:9 says, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up"
Notice the condition: If we do not give up. So, rise up in faith and declare the end result you are expecting.d This is your season to decree and declare. Your mouth has been anointed by God to call forth your harvest. Do not stay silent in a season designed for declaration.

I walk worthy of the Lord - I am fruitful as I equip new Believers into an understanding of their Christ identity, and I increase in the knowledge and wisdom of the Lord. (Colossians 1:9-12)
I move God’s Kingdom forward when I embrace the ascended Life in Christ by dying to my self life and begin to live for the Spiritual lives of others.
I grab hold of the moment and push forward into understanding and carrying forward the Great Commission by way of discipling, equipping, and sending out warriors to disempower the kingdom of darkness, thereby establishing God's everlasting Kingdom.
