Encouragement?

The last few days have not been my greatest. I surely am not at my peak. I didn't feel close to the Lord at all. I looked for encouragement and inspiration but nothing was working. I felt lost in so many ways. Too many to count as it were. So, tonight I went to the store just to browse and decided to buy a new set of ear buds for when I went jogging. When I finally got home I sat down like a kid on Christmas, excited about my new toys. I grabbed my phone and plugged them in. I fired up Pandora and turned to my Family Force 5 station. Yours to Hold by Skillet was the first song that came up.... If you haven't noticed, I am a huge Skillet fan.

Now then, I had actually only heard this song a few times over the years so I was super stoked when it came on. The new ear buds got a work out. But here is the real moral of this story. Just 30 seconds or so into it I broke down in tears. When you hear the song you will understand. I pondered what all I have been going through but then thought of others I know who are going through so much more than I am and I am pretty blessed considering. Anyways, enough of my rambling....

This song may or may not encourage you but non-the-less, it is a very good song. For those who may be skeptic as Skillet is known for its Rock, this is more a of ballad. I should also note, this is not the official music video. It seems to be an independent video but it is actually reasonably good.
