Exhortation - August 9, 2026

  • Welcome to Christian Forums, a Christian Forum that recognizes that all Christians are a work in progress.

You will need to register to be able to join in fellowship with Christians all over the world.

We hope to see you as a part of our community soon and God Bless!

The key that opens the door to the Kingdom is found in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you."

If you have decided to live based on where the best job is, or career opportunity, or even the best schools for your children, and you are having a hard time finding a local church that you fit into, it is likely that you are not in the will of God for your life.

If you truly live seeking first the Kingdom, you will make every major decision based on where you are CALLED to be for His PURPOSE for your life. Then the jobs, schools, and everything else will be added to us. They may not be the jobs we want, or even the schools, but they are the ones we need in order to effectively bear fruit that remains for His advancing Kingdom.

Christ Jesus will have for Himself a people prepared to do greater works (see John 14:12).

This is not a time for any Believer in the Body of Christ to be humdrum, expecting only what we have seen and experienced before. We have never been where we are going now (see Joshua 3:4). We all must prepare for what is ahead in this season -- the call to embrace the awe of Almighty God TO ADVANCE US IN HIS PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE.

Hearts and lives are being touched and transformed by the living water flowing from our lives into the lives of others as we embrace the radical love of Jesus and are passionate about discipling others into their Christ identity so they can bear fruit that remains for God's Kingdom, and bring forth the Great Commission.

Galatians 2:20 - "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."

If we try to crucify ourselves, the result will be self-righteousness. Our old nature was crucified with Christ on the cross. We consider our old nature as dead, so we can experience the ascended life in Christ. We will never be changed by seeing who we are, but by beholding who He is.

As we behold Him, we embrace and identify with His cross and His resurrection.
