"Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you." - Isaiah 60:1–2
NOW, is the time of harvest. As the days grow darker, the Lord's glory will shine brighter. Jesus says, "I am seeking courageous men and women of valor, who will take heed to My voice and walk in faith, unshaken by circumstances. They will be discipled, equipped, and sent out to rescue, deliver, and set people free from the religious bondage that has kept them stagnant in their spiritual life, making them powerful warriors in bringing about the Great Commission. They are not intimidated, because just as Joshua and Caleb, they know that they are well able to possess the land. The harvest is ripe and the laborers are few. It's time to demonstrate the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in Heaven," says the Lord.
Romans 8:11 - "If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you."
The measure of your true potential is in your spirit. God has always intended that we would always live from the inside -- from the spirit-man in communion with the eternal Spirit of God. Without that relationship, you are limited to the potential of your soul and your body.
"For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit" - Romans 8:5.
Acts 9:6 - ..."Lord what do You want me to do?..."
As soon as Saul was willing to yield, he was in a condition where God could meet his need, where God could display His power, where God could have the man (Acts 9:1-22). Maybe you are searching for God's purpose for your life. The place of yieldedness is just where God wants you.
The main thing today that Jesus wants is obedience in His command to bring forth His Great Commission (Matthew 28:19). You effectively become the world-changer you were destined to be, and all you have to do is eat the fruits of Canaan. It is apprehending the Ascended Life in Christ that counts, as it frees us from our self-living and gives us a heart for other Believers who need to be equipped and sent out.
Our response should be, "Lord what do You want me to do to establish your Great Commission?"
As we cross into this new season, may the Lord nourish our hearts with a passion to bring forth His Great Commission. May distractions lose their grip, and may focus be restored. May old disappointments lose their voice, and may God's Word (Matthew 28:19) regain its weight in our hearts.
This is the year of undivided hearts. This is the season of realigned faith. This is the moment when authority is restored, not through striving but through agreement about what actually needs to be done to disciple, equip, and send out warriors to do battle with the kingdom of darkness and establish the Great Commission.
Mountains do not move because we shout louder. They move because we stop pulling in opposite directions and nourish our spirits with the Rhema Word that, through the required action, will bring results (our miracle).
Step into this new era aligned. An undivided heart that speaks still moves mountains.
