In the book of Job, consider the forth speaking on Job's affliction. The mysterious Elihu; which the LORD when He responds to Job doesn't ever address as being wrong. Who is this young man that appears in the narrative?
Job 32:2 “Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu...” because Job justified himself rather than God. Verse 3 says Elihu’s wrath was also kindled against Job’s friends because they found no answer and yet condemned Job.

Elihu speaks: Job 33:31-33
[31] Mark well, O Job, hearken unto me: hold thy peace, and I will speak. [32] If thou hast any thing to say, answer me: speak, for I desire to justify thee. [33] If not, hearken unto me: hold thy peace, and I shall teach thee wisdom.

Job 33:4-7
[4] The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life. [5] If thou canst answer me, set thy words in order before me, stand up. [6] Behold, I am according to thy wish in God's stead: I also am formed out of the clay. [7] Behold, my terror shall not make thee afraid, neither shall my hand be heavy upon thee.

Job 34:3
[3] For the ear trieth words, as the mouth tasteth meat.

"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement." (Matthew 12:36)

Job 36:7-10
[7] He withdraweth not his eyes from the righteous: but with kings are they on the throne; yea, he doth establish them for ever, and they are exalted. [8] And if they be bound in fetters, and be holden in cords of affliction; [9] Then he sheweth them their work, and their transgressions that they have exceeded. [10] He openeth also their ear to discipline, and commandeth that they return from iniquity.

Job 36:15
[15] He delivereth the poor in his affliction, and openeth their ears in oppression.

Job 37:11-13
[11] Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud: [12] And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth. [13] He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.

The LORD speaks to Job: Job 42:7-8
[7] And it was so , that after the Lord had spoken these words unto Job, the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath . [8] Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job.

Luke 12:49-51
[49] I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? [50] But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! (The satisfying of God's wrath) [51] Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

"Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit."

Wrath kindled:
Luke 13:31-34
[31] The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee. [32] And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected. [33] Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem. [34] O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

A fire was kindled. See their crops of standing corn and the Son of God walking through with His disciples. They pick to eat on the Sabbath. See the Pharisees response. The greed. The lust. The envy. The strife. The oppression of the poor. The fatherless go hungry. And the religious leaders bellies grow fatter. All those stalks of corn they had planted for the harvest. All that labor and in a day...all those "works" catch fire. All those good deeds. Man's work with his own hands. Judges 15:4-5 [4] And Samson went and caught three hundred foxes, and took firebrands, and turned tail to tail, and put a firebrand in the midst between two tails. [5] And when he had set the brands on fire, he let them go into the standing corn of the Philistines, and burnt up both the shocks, and also the standing corn, with the vineyards and olives.

All man's labor and religion apart from the Son...catches fire and is burned. So that: Job 34:29-30
[29] When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only: [30] That the hypocrite reign not, lest the people be ensnared.
