The Chinese regime has long targeted Steven Wang's family members in China for practicing the spiritual discipline of Falun Gong. And the persecution only worsened after he joined Shen Yun Performing Arts as a principal dancer. They said he was a "threat to national security." Wang's mother was recently sentenced to four years in prison.
