The significance of the Finger of God, or the right hand, or the palm: "But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, not doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you." (Luke 11:10)

This topic still confuses me. There is still something withheld. There is still so much there. This is only a part of the surface, a small part. There is the finger of God, but there is also the finger of man without God. The finger of man without God points and judges in bitterness and hatred toward neighbour, saying, "go to hell!"

Matthew 23:2-4
[2] Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: [3] All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. [4] For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

They bind heavy burdens too heavy to carry when they themsleves will not move them with one of their fingers.

Luke 11:46
[46] And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

...they lay burdens upon you.

The finger of God: Power of the kingdom and mercy wrote on the ground:

John 8:6-11
[6] This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. [7] So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. [8] And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. [9] And they which heard it , being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. [10] When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? [11] She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

In 2 Chronicles 10:10 they plead with Solomon's son to make their yoke (burden) lighter but the king hearkened not unto the people that the Lord might perform his word. "And the young men that were brought up with him spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou answer the people that spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make thou it somewhat lighter for us; thus shalt thou say unto them, My little finger shall be thicker than my father's loins."

2 Chronicles 10:15
[15] So the king hearkened not unto the people: for the cause was of God, that the Lord might perform his word, which he spake by the hand of Ahijah the Shilonite to Jeroboam the son of Nebat.

My little finger shall be thicker than my father's loins. Can also be understood as: 'My weakness' shall be ' stronger than my father's strength'.

Loins: "legacy" "off-spring" "continuance of a name".

Genesis 35: 11 "And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;"

Psalm 69:23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually shake. (make their strength shake)
Psalm 66:11 Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins. (thou laidst affliction upon our strength)
Psalm 38:7 For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh. (Soundness comes only from God.)

There is man's loins. There is "out of God's loins". There is man's off-spring. There is God's off-spring. There is man's glory. There is God's glory. There is a name man makes for himself: "Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:"

Then there is the name of the Lord: Psalm 8:3-9 "When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; [4] What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? [5] For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. [6] Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: [7] All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; [8] The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. [9] O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!"

Daniel 5:5-6
[5] In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.(the palm) [6] Then the king's countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.

Many king's strengths are loosed: Their might. Their power. Their work. Their loins. In sight of 1 Corinthians 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

My little finger shall be thicker than my father's loins.
'My weakness'
shall be ' stronger than my father's strength'.

Psalm 22:14-16
14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint:
my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd;
and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws;
and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
16 For dogs have compassed me:
the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me:
they pierced my hands and my feet.
The power of the cruxifiction was in weakness, in mercy and forgiveness. "For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings." (Hosea 6:6)

It is in our weakness that God's power rest upon us and superseeds all of the might of men. Think of a finger, its size in comparision to what "more" is attached to that finger. The Omniscient power of God far exceeds any expectation or conditioning man has of what is impossible. "But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26)

1 Corinthians 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men;
and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

1 Corinthians 2:2-3
[2] For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. [3] And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.

2 Corinthians 13:4
[4] For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.

2 Corinthians 12:7-9
[7] And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. [8] For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. [9] And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Note:
To gird up your "loins" to be girded with "strength", from the Old Testament to the New Testament it changed from the outward man to the inward heart which is (the mind of Christ): 1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
