It's new, you have to go into your settings and turn them off again, it reset some of it when they fixed the bug in the system.

Yeah I'm still getting "new reply to watched thread" notices. But everything else is gone now.

You just go to a section and then on the top right hand corner you'll see 'Post New Thread'.

But I don’t see that anywhere.

Maybe it takes a laptop to have that function.
