Yes but not due to racism but behavior. The violent crime rate is not equal across all demographic groups. It's not equality but equity. Earned. Deserved.

What Blacks ought to do is have a competition with Asians to study more and commit fewer violent crimes.

I just gave a bid for a job to the city of Portland Oregon. I had to send in a bid answering all of their questions they required. Most of them were questions about race and minorities. Basically it said if they were to hire me I would have to discriminate against white people and only hire brown, black, LBGQABSXYZ people, or minorities. Sorry but if I am hiring someone it is because they are qualified for the job not the color of their skin. And where am I going to find those people in a town of 10k people where they are mostly white cowboys? I pretty much told them that I am just here to print decals and I don't give a rip about their politics. - I didn't get the job.

This kind of stuff shouldn't be in schools or government. It's ruining this country.

See? That's what I don't like. Colored people can say anything they want to about white people and it's not considered racist, but when the roles are switched it's basically criminal. Also @Mantis, just curious but are you colored as well? Cause I would find your post even more odd if you weren't. I don't care, just curious now.

What do you consider to be "systemic racism"?

To me, this means things like segregation, and giving government assistance using skin color as a factor for qualifying.

Segregation is being enacted in small scale by blacks towards white. And the government is giving grants to non-whites. Where I see systemic racism is what's being put in place now, against whites.

Much love of course! I do realize my opinion on systemic racism gets me criticism from all angles. I have literally had conservatives, liberals, christians, non christians, whites and blacks all disagreeing with me at one point or another. I do not wish to offend anyone so i apologize in advance. I try to be as much like Jesus as i can but i know i fall very far short. But whatever is important to him, I ask him to change my heart and make those same things important to me

Can you show me where in the bible it says that blacks commit more violent crimes then whites?

The violent crimes are a product of the environment they have been placed in. By saying that blacks and asians need to study more, are you also saying they arent as intelligent naturally as whites are?

Anyways, notice what he says here. He says that racism is defined by having one race be superior to the other. He never says that racism is defined by white people being superior to black.

The cause is irrelevant to the sentencing hearing. Said differently, don't confuse WHAT with WHY.

The bible doesnt use terms like systemic racism but you see the effects it has on a culture time and time again when they are oppressed in the old testament. Im not looking to argue, this stuff truly makes me sad. I am sad about what blacks have gone through here in America. And i dont agree with blaming every white person either. If you see things differently thats not a problem!

Agh. In other words, a total deflection. As a demographic group, Blacks and Muslims commit more crimes than other demographic groups.

If Blacks committed as many crimes say, as women over 65 yo, you would see lower prison sentences. And not too many Buddhists commit acts of terrorism. If Muslims committed less terrorist acts than Buddhists, you probably would not see as much 'Islamophobia.' Behavior.
