hi everyone, I would like to pray for me to be able to reduce anti-psychotic medication I'm on. I got OCD with #'s one day related to bad things and events and as a backup I increased it from 1.75 mg (was withdrawing from it) to 7.5 mg and now I feel this force to lie down and no motivation and I have to drink coffee to try to help myself better and I want to be able to have my motivation back to before I was on this medication for having too much anxiety. I have to get off a benzo too so it seems hard and like it's taking my life years away so I hope everything's still going to be ok and God will understand and help and I can still have enough of a life. Thank you all for your prayers!

I feel bad that I feel my mom is depressed when I'm with her because I slept so much today due to the antipsychotic medication force to lie down and I'm on 7.25mg now, I can't wait until I get to 7mg, it would still be a difference. I also have to get off the benzo, these 2 are important for my functioning, I hope I get prayers for this to be able to be done as soon as possible. What is this for? it is a stumbling block? What does it serve? *sigh* I still did exercise though. I'm proud of that. but you know?

I try to find a reason as to why my life isn't good yet, of course there are things that are good but it's not considered good bc I have anxiety and I don't know why God hasn't healed me

This is the key to growing in God right here, Lord's Pearl. You want to always focus on the good things - on the progress you are making, and on the areas of your life where things are getting better. You have a community of friends now to help you and support you in prayer, and you have a place to talk about your problems and the things you are wondering about spiritually. And don't worry about the negatives here either. There will always be people around that can bring you down, but try and focus on the people who lift you up and encourage you.

And don't think about why God has or hasn't healed you yet. Instead, trust that He will if you just keep walking with Him and seeking to grow in Him.

Unfortunately not everything that happens to us in this life of our flesh can be understood as good now. Consider what Jesus is saying here:

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matt 6:33

He tells what to seek, only two things first. All the rest is then to be added, but be careful about presuming you know and that God does not know what you need. None of us knows them until God reveals them to us. When does he do that?

We may know what we want, but quite frequently those things are Not equal to what God knows that we need.

Ask God to help you to do those first things first and to help you not to worry about the things that are going wrong or seem to be going wrong...

"If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable." I Cor 15:19

"Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content." Phil 4:11

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" Matt 7:7

But...

"Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss..." James 4:3,

And then...

"... O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." Matt 26:39

I am praying for your situation sister!

That's true, to focus on the things that are progress/getting better and who are encouraging to you. :) Yes and amen!
Thanks a lot too, amadeus
