Psa. 83:1-8 tells us which countries are prophesied to attack Judah soon, and Russia isn't one of them. Furthermore, it is also prophesied that the Jewish nation will NOT be protected by Him when this German-led attack comes because(as Isa. 10:5-6 and other passages show) God will be directing that attack against the Jews.
Evangelicals believe God would never allow any harm to come to the Jews, but that belief is far from being biblical. Not only do we have the historical record in the Kings and Chronicles books that disproves this extremely specious belief(not to mention God empowering the Romans to destroy Jerusalem and scatter the Jews out of the region in 70 A.D.), but there is this explicit end-time warning God gave to Judah in Amo. 2:4 as to why it will experience national judgement again: "Thus says the LORD: “For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept His commandments. You have confused scripture....
It references that whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

thy WILL be done in=on earth , namely: praying that eden will be restored
if you look in prophets under "the will , or desire of God",
9 out of 10 times it is about "the restoration of eden"
