how do you breathe in heaven?

I don’t know but my guess is that Heaven is another dimension where our resurrected bodies (like the body of Jesus) will be immortal.
When Jesus rose from the dead he was able to eat earthy foods like fish and bread but was also able to travel like a spirit in the room of his disciples when they had the door locked.
The book of revelation says that we will have indestructible bodies.
So based on that, we may or may not need oxygen.
Well Holy999 I would think people will be resurrected like Jesus so we will need to breath. Unless God provides miracles to not breath. But what makes you think there's no air in heaven?
Our resurrected bodies will be flesh and blood as they are now (just incorruptible and eternal) and in that state we will not be in heaven (specifically defined as the abode of God)- we will be here on Earth.
Jesus was a little different in what happened to him during the transfiguration period and as such that's inapplicable to what we will receive.
The heavenly city described of in Revelation has indeed trees:
Revelation 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
Just some assistance.
Be careful interpreting anything in Revelation literally and in context the "heavenly" is describing the attributes- not the location.

body, but also his followers' bodies too. (Matt 26:29, Luke 22:15-16, and
Luke 22:28-30)
This tells me that Jesus' glorified body is just as human in many respects as
his crucified body was; except of course that his glorified body is immortal,
whereas his crucified body wasn't.

cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.

I guess it's by inhaling and exhaling just as Jesus did after his resurrection.
He ate fish in front of them all after he suddenly appeared when they were locked in the upper room. It tells me his humanity has not changed.
