Idol worshipping

[My Dreams]

Friends, today there is Idol worship going on in every nook and corner of our country.

You can pray, those worshipping Idol's, come to know Lord Jesus, and give their hearts to Him.

Thanks!

There are a whole of those idols all over the place in our country as well. Let us pray for the people who are looking to idols in both countries then!

[Question Everything]

This world is lousy with idols of all kinds. Is not anything we place before acknowledging God an idol?

Yes Mel, your country has so very many false gods and they are becoming more boldened and violent.

Many prayers for them to see the True God, and protection for all of our brothers and sisters in India.

Hi @Nancy

Reminds me of 1 Thesalonians 1.9b-10:

"...ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;

And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come."

[Truman]

An idol is anything that is valued more than God.
"You shall have no other gods before Me."
Lord, may You be first in all our thoughts and ways.

[Truman]

I open my eyes up and what do I see?
A green-eyed idol smiling at me.
Eyes full of lust and eyes full of greed.
Eyes that are looking down on me. - Truman Coates
