God through Christ reconciled the world unto himself.

“Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their wrongdoings against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin in our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:18-21‬ ‭NASB2020‬‬

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only this, but we also celebrate in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:8-11‬ ‭NASB2020‬‬

“Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, as He already existed in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but emptied Himself by taking the form of a bond-servant and being born in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death: death on a cross. For this reason also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:5-11‬ ‭NASB2020‬‬

Did you know that because of the Son of God and God through His Son, has reconciled the whole world back unto himself?

Did you know that all sin has been justified - that is nullified- that God is no longer angry at the world for sin?

Did you know that this flesh will always sin, though it has been justified because Jesus when a person believes and has faith in the death, burial, and resurrection? (Of course unbelievers have yet to receive the spirit that God gives because of their disbelieving heart.)

Did you know God is a good God?
“For Yahweh is good; His mercy is everlasting And His faithfulness is to all generations.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭100:5‬

Did you know that because of all these things that God calls people even after death, because of Jesus all people have had their sins taken care of; Satan has been defeated; Hell/The grave have been done away with; that the Second death included has been over come because of Jesus and the victory on the cross?

People end up being outside of the Heavenly Jerusalem or inside of the heavenly Jerusalem. Did you know that?

Many people may just simply reject this notion but the Bible seems to equate unbelievers still outside in the heavenly realm all people go to now today. (God is good, and the one who judges).

“Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the immoral persons and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying. “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭22:14-17‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

Rejoice and be glad for the free gift you did nothing to earn; that was accomplished by the Lord Yeshua : the Lord God Almighty.

“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways! For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor? Or who has first given to Him that it might be paid back to him again? For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭11:33-36‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

All people are responsible and accountable for their life towards God alone those of Faith. So are those who willfully reject.

God will give them (who reject) over to their desires if that is what they want for God is a good God who allows people to freely choose.

@MatthewG Fashionable talk places the topic of reconciliation as being a political thing among people - with a veneer of Christianity perhaps - but Biblically the reconciliation is through Christ between God and sinners (2 Corinthians 5.18) and also by the breaking down of the middle wall of partition (Ephesians 2.14) between Jews and Gentiles in the church.

hello Farouk,

Yikes at politics, it’s funny how people can be l. Thankful God does love them, and we are called to love all people and pray for all.

“I urge you, first of all, to pray

Ask God to help them;

God will give them (who reject) over to their desires if that is what they want for God is a good God who allows people to freely choose.

Revelation 20:6 KJV
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Revelation 20:13-15 KJV
13) And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14) And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15) And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Revelation 13:8 KJV
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Revelation 20:12 KJV
12) And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

I can't see these as empty passages. And there are too many more like them.

Much love!

Hello Marks,

I know you mean well,

Everyone has their own conjecture when it comes to those scriptures friend, not everyone will believe the same, I am afraid to tell you.

Thank you mentioning them however it does not take away the desire of Gods overall will.

No one can take that away, not man anyway that is for sure.

Revelation 22 seems as though the final statement past all of those previous chapters.

Which can correlate back to “All knees shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord”.

So God even after this life is still calling out to all of those who are outside the kingdom, and maybe we will be able to go help them, that is my hope that I can share.

I understand that, and here we are.

You may call this conjecture, while I call it trust that the Bible says what it means, and means what it says. I would be remiss to not say these things.

2 Corinthians 5, Paul urges the reader, be reconciled to God. In Romans 5 Paul speaks of having received the reconciliation. These, and more, tell us that we need to receive what He's done for us.

And that there are those who do not, and will be judged accordingly.

Much love!

Saw that you changed your comment.

God through Jesus Christ has already reconciled the world to himself.

For people to have salvation and be saved to the kingdom of the Heavenly Jerusalem, is faith in the Death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus.

That is a fundamental truth.

All others after this life will be resurrected and given a spiritual body by God and from my understanding of what the Revelation 22 states are outside of the gates of Heaven due to their own choice to not have faith (save children that died unknowning I believe God takes in accounts and understandings of those things).

So please don’t get the idea that this universalism which suggest all people die and go straight into the kingdom of heaven.

Faith, in the Gospel of Christ in the death, burial, and resurrection is the power of God unto Salvation. Then living that out having love for God with your heart, mind, will, emotion, in prayer and thankfulness, is how I see how my own salvation was obtained. In having true faith defined by the Bible.

Along with trying to share with others in this life too, by having love for then.

The greatest commandments Jesus explained to us was to Love God with all your heart, mind, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself.

Philippians 2:12
Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear.

Thank you Marks,
Matthew G.

Hello lls,

you may disagree with me if you would like my view on hell is that all the souls that where in it were already judged at the white throne judgment, and everyone was sent to their place of residency either inside or outside of the Heavenly Jerusalem.

Hell, Death (even the second death), Grave, Satan, and the Demons, separation from God has all been had the victory over by the Lord Jesus Christ. According to Revelation 22 there are people going into the heavenly Jerusalem and people who are outside of it.

Many consider this to be impossible however it’s there. People also like to revert back to 20-21, but those are almost seem as identical in nature with 22 being the finished product of Johns revelation of Christ in what God desires in the end. Which match with Gods desires that being not willing for any the perish; but all tongues to come and confess that Jesus the Lord.

Now this is not universalism as many may suggest or come to the term in their mind. Yet Faith is required to be saved to the Kingdom of Heaven so this is not universalism in the sense all ways lead to heaven that is not true.

That faith by definition is on the death, burial, resurrection of Christ being born again having love for God and love for others!

Hope this helpful to understand my view which people will consider or not, it’s up the individual.

Everyone us is responsible to God alone.

Take care,
Matthew G.

the white throne judgement hasnt taken place yet. If you dont make it in to Heaven, you aint gonna be hanging around outside of Heaven either. You’re going to hell, and after that is the lake of fire.
