From the Cross, Christ called her "woman".
Not mother.
And before that, in Matthew 12:48, He defined who his "Mother" is, and he was not talking about Mary.

Christ’s commands are meaningless to youJesus was on the earth, when He spoke your verses.
So, to be a disciple on earth, you do need to offer yourself, in His service, down here.
But, to go to heaven, you have to be given from God, the sacrifice of Christ's blood and death on the CROSS for your sin, that you can't resolve by carrying a cross or carrying anything else, @theefaith.

"The work of God is that you believe on Jesus, whom God sent".
I did that.
Christ approves.
Believe it.
Also Im not Revelation Chapter 2.
I dont have to repent, as ive already repented of my unbelief, long ago.
Yes, the faithfulness and Loyalty of Christ, who said...>"not my will, but yours Father, that i will do".
See that Loyalty and Faithfulness?
That is Christ on the Cross "atoning" for sin.
Why dont you know this?
Mary was a sinner, born with an adamic nature.
She trusted in Christ, or she would have gone to hell, same as anyone.

When I first heard the RCC described as a cult I was a bit shocked but over the years I have learned enough to believe it.
And reading your posts @theefaith on a number of threads has really opened my eyes to just how cultish the CC actually is. You have done it no favours.
Mary is our spiritual mother
can there be a relationship without the sacraments?
I'm pretty sure there can be as I don't even know what the sacraments you speak of are. But I do have a relationship with Jesus. Which is more important that religion.can there be a relationship without the sacraments?
