Why do Catholics adore, worship and deify Mary so much?

I have read many bizarre things on this forum (and others), but this ranks right up there with the most bizarre.
a) If you bother to read Genesis, it doesn't mention "the virgin" anywhere. It mentions Eve only, a.k.a., the woman...
The Lord God said to the serpent,
“Because you have done this,
cursed are you above all the cattle
and all the living creatures of the field!
On your belly you will crawl
and dust you will eat all the days of your life.
And I will put hostility between you and the woman
and between your offspring and her offspring;
he will strike your head,
and you will strike his heel. Genesis 3:14-15
a) The woman is Eve, not "the virgin", a.k.a. Mary.
b) I am in the company of whom? Satan? Demons? Pagans? Virgins? Pagan gods?
I can't even begin to understand what you're writing about. Why? Because you are clearly irrational (crazy).

Do you have a problem with English?
1) What does "Why would I ask me that?" mean? Do you talk to yourself?
2) "My problem with wolves in sheeps [sheep's] clothing is I just don't want to believe their [they're] wolves." is also weird. If the Bible says that some people are wolves in sheep's clothing, why do you not believe that is the case? Don't you believe there are false prophets?
Matthew 7:15, "“Watch out for false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are voracious wolves."

MARY gets the most recongniton , though at times they will ocassional mention JESUS in the prayer .

The honour and praise due to Christ is infinitely greater than the honour due to Mary on any other creature.
The Catholic Church has never taught otherwise.
To offer sacrifice to Mary would be a grave sin indeed..
Our highest act of worship (offering sacrifice) one can witness by attending Mass.. Want to know Who we adore? Listen to Whom and with Whom and in Whom we offer sacrifice!

Here is what Catholics pray ad infinitum...
Hail Mary, Full of Grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
No mention of God the Father!
There is also the "Three Hail Mary Devotion" which consists of saying three times each day the Hail Mary with the invocation "O my Mother, preserve me this day (or night) from mortal sin." No mention of God the Father or God the Son. It's asking Mary to protect one from mortal sin!

BTW, a "saint" is a sanctified person, i.e., anyone who is a Christian.

I don’t need your respect, I guess the truth hurts so you resort to calling someone a liar who attended the Catholic Church from young child to later in my years, I’m 52 and gave up the RCC over a decade ago.
I won’t stoop to your level.
But the sad thing is these people are misled by priest who have been misled. It's the blind leading the blind, and when, out of love and concern, we try to tell them the truth they just don't want to know because they are afraid of turning their back on the Catholic church because of the repercussions that have been drummed into them. It is Satanic, but they can't see that.
