Consider the source then add common sense and reason to the equation.
The Washington Post is the source for this fantasy. Newsmax is just following the satire.
You mean to say that the Federal Government is so inept that nuclear secret documents would be missing for more than 18 months? Exactly what are these documents supposed to contain? Hint ....They would be "CLASSIFIED" they would be "TOP SECRET" Another common sense approach ...Why would the DOJ and National Achieves miss this in June when they were at Mar A Lago ? You mean to say that not only are they inept, they forgot to bring along the grocery list of these nuclear secrets missing documents? The White House has Top Secret documents laying around for anyone to pick up and carry out?
The Washington Post and their secret sources are as reliable and factual as Joy Reid and Rachael Maddox together in a slumber party.

What did Trump's lawyer say during the search? Oh wait! She was not there to verify the FBI found what they said they found.
Little known fact the media is missing ....
There is no formal set procedure in place to declassify documents. The President has wide sweeping powers to declassify documents at will. That makes this "He has classified documents illegally hard to prove, if they ever can."
Early in his Presidency there was a discussion with a Russian Diplomat where Trump said something deemed classified. Odd that the power grants him the ability to just say something to someone and not a thing can done about it.
Even Politifact checked into this after the Russia Diplomat incident and stated ...."The President has the power to do this anytime he chooses."
Even if the Wall Street Journal was dead on in the source of a possible leak on what was found ....There is nothing that can be done, except try and declare that Trump never said anything to anyone about these documents.
One would think that after several hundred years someone would have a procedure in place to make this official ..... but it doesn't exist.

It was reported and is obvious there is a mole in Trump's circle. That's what led to this raid.
The judge who signed the warrant for this raid donated millions to Obama's presidential campaigns.
The anti-Trump agenda has weaponized the legal system and members of the Executive Branch, the FBI and IRS. All in an effort to preempt Trump's run for office in 2024.

That directive put the FBI and the DOJ into the crosshairs of a reveal over the corruption that has taken over both Departments.

The Democrats are seeking to have Trump indicted, not lawsuits. However, reading the Constitution very carefully and comparing it to Constitutional Scholars and Attorneys .....there is nothing in the Constitution that says the President cannot be a convicted criminal. Looking at the 14th Amendment, there is a clause which stipulates that Federal or Government Employees cannot be convicted criminals. That was alluding to the possibility of war crimes against southern soldiers during the Civil War. The clause has nothing to do with the qualifications of the President of the United States and doesn't state that intent. Say the Democrats succeeded with a guilty finding in a kangaroo court against Trump. Trump can still run for President. Most likely it would go before SCOTUS. In the makeup of this SCOTUS, they would stay true to the Constitution. Because it's not just the document, it's the background study and writings supporting the creation of the amendment that matters. In other words what the Congress was intending when the Amendment was created. The amendment must have had a pointed directive that included the President when the amendment was created. It mentions the President
, but cannot create a new qualification or disqualification unless it is is declared separately. The debate involves intent when the Amendment was written and supposedly, there is none.
What this looks like is that Trump had his bases covered when these particular documents were removed from the offices and when these documents were revealed in the June 6 meeting. DOJ already had the Trump Legal team declaration and knew these classified documents had been declassified. It gets deeper. Barr must have known something was about to happen. On June 20, out of nowhere, Barr cautioned Garland that he needed to assign a independent counsel to investigate this. Barr still has deep routed influence and moles within the DOJ. Garland has too many conflicts of interest in this matter because of past history that involves trump and the Republicans. So does the Magistrate that signed the warrant. It's gets muddier and more clear that the entire mess was a part of January 6 and the collapse of the committee and the Grand Jury. At the same time, out of sight of the public eye, two congressmen are targeted by the FBI. While on vacation with their families , their cell phones are seized by the FBI. Everything is connected to this vision that the Democrats can rile up their base and crush the Republican base less than 90 days from the Midterms ..Like many, I think January 6 Committee has nothing but fluff, the Grand Jury sees nothing and this has collapsed on them, That committee in in recess while they scramble to save their seats......At the same time! Days ago, in the week, suddenly the generic polls tell America that the Democrats have overtaken the republicans and now lead ......funny ....because at the end of this week, mired in this mess by the DOJ and FBI. and the sudden rage of the Republicans and level headed Democrats in response to the raid with guns drawn storming an empty house. Stopped and asked the Secret Service to unlock the door .. Suddenly the generic polling reverses and goes back to where it was before the raid ....This flopped big time and now anything they come out with falls into the category of a snooze fest ...
The next step may well be what a Conservative Radio Talk show host predicted. Trump will be arrested onstage in a campaign event in front of crowds .....Better bring an army of FBI Agents to do that ....the ones on stage may not get off the stage. Better to do it this time by asking the Don to walk into their offices .....safer for everyone that way.
