Ramoth-in-Gilead is yours!I am new to Christianity, I was brought up in an Atheist household so never learnt about any religion. What advice would you give?
God will find us wherever we are and he found you so now I would say that perhaps you need to find a bible based church - if you haven't already. Read your bible too and find a mentor to talk thing through with and help you understand things.I am new to Christianity, I was brought up in an Atheist household so never learnt about any religion. That's a shame. Can you say why? Probably a non denominational fellowship would be your best bet as you are not already steeped in the traditions of the main denominations. The church fellowship should become like a family and support you as you grow.I'm honestly petrified to go into a church.
I personally cannot recommend any church not knowing who the senior pastor is. The important thing to do is to build your faith. I would pray that the Holy Spirit lead you into the right media and circumstances. In doing so the Holy Spirit will also lead you to the church he would have you in.I'm honestly petrified to go into a church.
We wouldn't know anything at all is wrong with you unless you had told us. Especially as your communication is good and well formatted. The key thing to do is to build your faith. I would study the Smith Wigglesworth guy as he was a commoner who became a great man of faith...My autism, an unfamilar enviorment with unfamilar people makes my anxiety rise fast.
Smith Wigglesworth was a plumber who became a renowned British Evangelist. Study the guy! You have the same potential!I will watch his videos, I know no one else would know but it would become evident when I am overstimulating that something is wrong

I am trying to
Of course, I should have realised that. Do you have a friend you who could go with you until you feel comfortable? I think perhaps it's something you could pray about. I know you have only just got to know Jesus but he will help you.My autism, an unfamilar enviorment with unfamilar people makes my anxiety rise fast.

Something is wrong with all of us. That, our humanity, we all share.I will watch his videos, I know no one else would know but it would become evident when I am overstimulating that something is wrong
