No animosity here.

But can you please tell the other side to stop slandering the KJV?

Thanks!
Stick to the lovely KJV my friend . Marvel not that it is the most attacked . Stay dug in the bible and let us PRAISE the GLORIOUS
LORD . Onward in the trenches . ITS all out war for the souls of men .

Don't be a bully & start a fight other Christians reading other Bibles (NIV, KNJV, Etc). You say your Bible is right others are wrong! Then you are showing hate & not God love!

I like the ESV for its ease of reading but there are definitely some translational errors. I like to proof some verses with Young's Literal Translation.

I have both the KJV and the NIV and it was the NIV that I had when I was seeking the Lord and eventually came to faith. At the time there Wasn’t a KJV in sight.
I don’t think either side should be arguing about it.

Or choose another translation in a language that is far easier to understand and, to modern minds, more faithful to the earliest and best manuscripts. The most important thing (by far) is to read the Bible often and pray for understanding. Which translation you prefer is not that important!

What is your basis for saying that there are definitely some translational errors? Why do you trust Young's Literal Translation?

The problem is that some say that the KJV is the only true translation. They denigrate modern translations without any justification.

I can only speak from my own experiences and testimony and as far as I am concerned the Holy Spirit can use any translation. I read a history of how the KJV came about, and the King did not like a few words because he still wanted the people to worship him as king ……..so he changed a few !! ( not many )
I find a lot of arguments just seem so pointless ..to me this is one of them ( just my opinion )
In fighting between Christian’s about the the word of God , crazy !!

The KJV is very flawed. Invest 30 minutes in this video and you'll understand the need to double-check its translations with a correctly translated Bible such as Young's Literal Translation.

I submit that video is far removed from being a valid source.
