Let me remind you of the book of Jude. When Satan came tempting Michael that he did not bring against Satan a railing accusation but said "The Lord rebuke you". I'm not sure the bible even supports judging Satan. Casting him out yes, as he is the accuser of his brethren.
Jude 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

What you pointed to refers currently upon all of mankind, and even angels, until..................until what???

Matt 6:31 is not about judging angels or related to it.
Please "seek" and "find" the Truth concerning this Truth: 1 Corinthians 6:1-4
"Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?
Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Do you not know that we shall judge angels?
How much more, things that pertain to this life?"

God will decide who he will make a judge. Not man. That is why I posted the scripture about not worrying about what the future brings. God is the only one with power to judge, it won't be by man's power that he judges the world or angels.
Another important point is that Jesus will not only decide who will be a judge, he, as always, will decide who is saved. And a true saint gives God the glory and power to choose what to do with it. And we are to cast our crowns off before the throne:
Revelation 4:9 Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
11 “You are worthy, O Lord,
To receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things,
And by Your will they exist and were created.”

Only the 144,000= the little flock will sit on thrones and judge the fallen angels and goats. The great crowd( Rev 7:9) of other sheep( John 10:16) are not of that fold. Jesus made the covenant to partake of the emblems of his body and blood, only to the little flock( Luke 22:30)--Not to the great crowd-they are the unworthy ones.
