In the moment we abide in him we do walk, as we love as he loved

Do you know what "abide" means?
but no one does it perfectly like he did. Thats why we still need saved
We are saved INTO the perfection of Christ to walk as He walked. But anyone can post here no matter how little they know of the truth. I answer here in case some REAL seekers are reading this.

Do you know what "abide" means?

using the picture of branches united to a vine: “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine.

John 15:4-5, 7-8

John 15:4-5 NKJV

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

Galatians 5:22-23

New International Version

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control.Against such things there is no law.

@Episkopos ,

Let me show you what "abide" doesn't mean, so that you can perhaps see what it does mean.

There were some serious disciples, of Christ, who were walking as Jesus walked, casting out demons, and doing righteous works.

Jesus said to them... "Depart from me, .. i never knew you".

Yet, they were doing righteous works, they were casting out demons, and they were DISCIPLES..

Jesus said. 'GET AWAY".... "GET AWAY"

So, what is the problem? Why are they not accepted. ???. .when they are doing all the righteous works, and were probably water baptized........ They were doing all the good works, and are performing supernatural works., also.

However, ....Jesus does not accept them (now or then)... ...= " Depart".. "get away".. "i never knew you".

Why not?

Because to ABIDE in Jesus, is only one situation...

Jesus said....>"you MUST be born again".., as if you are not, then Jesus does not know you... as to Know you, you have to be born again, Spiritually., and that is the only way to "abide" "IN Christ".

scripture shows us

If we seek after the things in the spirit.. we will nto fulfill the lust of the flesh

Jesus did this. he sought after the things of his father and was led by the spirit

Jesus also said to love the lord our God and our neighbor..

which is also what Jesus did

this is what it means to walk like Jesus walked in his power.

they better not go to you then, because they will nto find truth..

you do not know what justification means, nor redemption. nor what born again means.. let alone atonement.

amen

a non child of God can not abide and bear fruit. because they have not been attached to the vine..

a child of God must abide to bear fruit. he will recieve reward for that fruit

Completely false. You have it exactly backward. It is those who go about thinking they are something they are not...by taking ONE STEP only...being half-baked...without themselves going to God to be fully vetted and allowed into the ways of the kingdom. Those who are rejected are such because of unrighteous behaviour...as you promote....not because they weren't "born again" as you like to style yourself.

You need to go back to Romans 2..and learn to not twist Paul's words....BEFORE you go half-baked into Romans 3 and assume you can understand anything beyond a superficial grasp of things that makes you draw the wrong conclusions. By throwing out Romans 2 to carnally embrace Romans 3, you show your iniquity and lack of understanding.

Romans 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

Of course you will ignore this ...to your own peril.

And if you were honest you would see that at the conclusion of Romans 3 Paul draws the exact opposite conclusion to you...

Rom. 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Which means what exactly?...taking ONE STEP only...being half - baked.....mumbo jumbo.....scripture please...not your words....God’s words please.

Tell me how you go to God to be fully vetted?...again, scripture please, not your words.

John 3:3

King James Version

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Rom. 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

"Christ has redeemed the born again, from the Curse of the Law".

So, if you establish what is a curse, you are cursed.

Notice.., "Jesus has redeemed the born again from the curse of the Law"..

So, heretics teach LAW, as righteousness. = Galatians 1:8

Christians, teach that Christ sacrificed on the Cross forgives all sin, so that God can then "impute Righteousness" to the Believer born again.

This = "The Gift of Righteousness". that is "The Gift of Salvation".

See, "if righteousness comes by the Law, the Christ is DEAD in VAIN"..... Paul teaches.

Make certain you understand that @Episkopos.

Understand that once God has GIFTED the born again with "Christ's Righteousness", they have become..

"The righteousness of GOD..... "in Christ".

= Every born again believer.

False. You are willfully ignoring all the many verses I post in order to make up your own religious scheme...proving how dishonest you are in your effort at self-justification. Show a little honesty and explain Romans 2...as Paul (whom you misunderstand by twisting his words and ignoring his teaching) is setting up an understanding, the basis of which we can then go into Romans 3 to understand what he's talking about. :)

This forum is NOT meant to be an unbalanced indoctrination session for would-be teachers...but rather an honest discourse based on sound biblical exegesis.

Romans 2.

Let me teach the Bible Student a bit about Romans 2.

NP.

People who have "sinned in the law" will be judged BY the Law.

This is all who are 'under the Law"... = the UNBELIEVERS.

See, the born again are "not under the law, but under Grace" so, the law can't judge them.

next..

"The day of Wrath", is related to the Great Trb... and that is the 2nd, 3.5 yrs... after the TRIB stars, as the "time of the Gentiles, ENDS".
The Born again, are already RAPTURED.... and will not be there..

See, The Wrath of God, is 2 Thessalonians 1:8... and that is Jesus coming back to JUDGE "all who know not the Gospel and obey it".

Understand?

So, the born again have already OBEYED IT< and that is why they are Born again..

The born again are "not appointed to the day of Wrath"....... deceiver.

Its amazing @Episkopos , that you know so very little about Christianity., and ZERO regarding Paul's doctrine.

In fact, you'd have WIKI Paul's Doctrine, and then come back here and post it, and say...."yeah i know it'.

Even the new believers, recognize that you are not familiar with the new Covenant, or the Blood Atonement, or the Cross of Christ.

In Fact, had i not pointed this out about you, over and over, you would never even post about The Cross, as its not a part of your religion.
And being born again, is not a part of your Religion, that you teach.
And thats a fact that you prove, and have proven, completely.
And you'll prove it again, and again.

LOL More religious posturing and dishonesty. It is to be expected. So you are saying that Romans 2 is NOT Paul's doctrine? Do you have some kind of scientific data that Romans 2 was injected there by some wily corrupter of your self-justification?

Pretend I'm one of your teaching victims that wants you to explain Romans 2...verse by verse...

I didnt say that sentence, or imply that, LIAR.

You are such a liar.
Why do they let you stay on this Forum, is a MYSTERY

I just Taught you , come Romans 2 Context.
Go back and study it, deceiver.
Then cone and lie some more.
its your ministry, we've noticed.
You are afraid of anything biblical that you can't twist to your own advantage. So you ignore the truth...and then attack me personally for pointing out your fables.

Hey, I'm open here to your explanation of the many many chapters of Paul that seem to go directly against your ideology. Just explain it. Just a LITTLE honesty would be great. :)

You like to hear yourself talk., and the way you do that, best, is to post your personal theological ramblings..

You can't teach the NT, but you can fake it, in every post, Thread, and video.

What you should do, is ask me questions, so that i can try to help you out of your Luke 11:35 situation.
