YES, you will, as long as you are in the flesh, you will still slip up at times.
1 John 1 is where ALL Christians are to be familiar with so as to 'know' what to do after having believed, and we slip up and find we have sinned.
Be aware brethren of those who preach against this 1 John 1 Scripture with wrongly saying it is not about one who believes on Jesus Christ. Apostle John most definitely is... speaking to believers on Jesus here in this Chapter. That absolutely means these John is speaking to have already believed on Jesus, and most likely already been baptized.
1 John 1:3-10
3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.
4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.
John is addressing believers on The Father and His Son here, not those who haven't yet believed. Those who push men's false doctrine of "once saved, always saved" are against this Scripture, so they try to say John was not speaking to 'believers' on Jesus Christ. Settle it therefore, that John was speaking to believers here, so that's that.
5 This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
John of course is comparing that idea of walking in "darkness" with sinning. We cannot have fellowship with God while habitually walking in darkness, i.e., sinning. This means we are to do something about it WHEN we find ourselves in a sin.
7 But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.
How do we do that "walk"? Apostle Paul gave us clear examples in Galatians 5 that IF... we walk by The Spirit, then we are not under the law, because walking by The Spirit the law says nothing against. Only IF we walk by our 'flesh', do we sin Paul showed. Then the law has much to say against those sins of the flesh, as Paul even gave a list of walks in the flesh there in Galatians 5, and in 1 Timothy 1, and in 1 Corinthians 6.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Even as a 'believer' on Jesus Christ, if we say we no longer can sin, His Truth is not us with thinking that. That is why man's false OSAS doctrine is actually of the devil, because they teach this idea that after having believed you cannot sin anymore, and that anything you do after belief is 'automatically' forgiven by Jesus. That kind of thinking can put you in danger of hellfire. You're still in the flesh, you're still going to slip up and sin at times. Like Apostle Paul said in Romans 6:7, "For he that is dead is freed from sin.")
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
KJV
That... is what we in Christ Jesus are to do... once we as believers discover we have slipped up and committed a sin. We are to ask Him for forgiveness! And He is just to forgive us!
