Friends, doctor said there is pus and recommended for sonography and immediate surgery.
You can pray for his healing and care, I don't know what to put in words but need prayers specially for dad.

Before few days he had diarrhoea , so doctor gave medicines injections and cured but I think they control diarrhoa but somewhere near his lower digestive tract there is pus

Sounds like an abscess , although I’m not medically trained.

Praying that the Lord gets him into surgery, to relieve him of this nasty pus, that is affecting every part of his body, In Jesus Name!...Amen!xx

yes you are correct! , the sonography report used the word perianal abscess.
