I checked with iask.ia, and response was:

Limit Ad Tracking​

Apple’s Limit Ad Tracking (LAT) feature allows users to opt-out of targeted advertising. This feature is available on all Apple devices, including iPads. When enabled, LAT restricts advertisers from tracking users’ activities across apps and websites. To enable LAT on an iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising, and toggle on “Limit Ad Tracking”.

Thank you. I tried it, even though the wording was a little different, but the ads are still there. I’ll keep trying. Again, I appreciate all your help.

I fixed it! I had to delete the bookmark from my home screen. Apparently, I’ll have to just search CB each time I sign in. Again, thanks for your help.

You might try DuckDuckGO for the browser, instead of Safari (or whatever). Then you will be able to have a bookmark and no ads.

On the other hand—if this website is supported through its ads, then maybe you continue with them!

Im unsure, honestly. I doubt it. Ive never seen a rule addressing it here.

that picture looks like a place i visited while in the marine corps way back in nineteen hundred and ninety five .
It was PETRA . I remember walking through this narrow way and looking up
and the sky looked like a blue river way up then we came out right into this huge area
and there it was the city of Rock . we climbed up the side of the moutain too .
That was way back in time before regular use of cell phones , long before the use of twitter and etc .
A time long ago .
